It could seem an easy job, but it's not : we have to support all Company's choices and, at the same time, make sure that our guests enjoy their trip at its most. "Capogruppo" (tour leader) is with no doubt our most common appellative in Italy even if, officially, we are "accompagnatori turistici" (see "Fares").
